REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: APRIL 2026.

Heart and Soul with God Transformation Ministry, Corp. values integrity and transparency in all financial matters.

Donations

Charitable donations are non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error, duplicate donations were submitted, or an unauthorized transaction occurred, requests for review must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

Event Registration and Refund Policy.

​

All registrations for conferences, workshops, retreats, classes, training programs, ministry events, and special gatherings hosted by Heart and Soul with God Transformation Ministry, Inc. are final.

​

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to:

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Illness or medical circumstances

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Family emergencies

• Failure to attend the event

• Changes in personal circumstances

By registering for an event, participants acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

In the event that Heart and Soul with God Transformation Ministry, Inc. cancels an event, the Ministry reserves the right to either:

​

1. A full refund

2. Transfer the registration to a future event

3. Issue a ministry credit for future programs or services or

4. Provide a refund at the sole discretion of the Ministry.

​

The Ministry reserves the right to make exceptions only in extraordinary circumstances as determined by its leadership.​

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Digital products, downloadable resources, and online materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
